Viewsonic has announced its next device in the Viewpad series of Android devices in the Viewpad 4.
Slated for release in the middle of the year, the smartphone features a 4.1-inch WVGA display, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, 720p HD video capture and playback support, HDMI port, a 5.0 megapixel camera with auto-focus, Bluetooth 2.1, GPS and Wi-Fi n radio with Android 2.2.
