Internal Best Buy documentation has confirmed that the first Android Honeycomb tablet in the Motorola Xoom will be launched on February 17th, with shipments arriving to stores one day earlier.
The Android 3.0 tablet will feature a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor 10.1-inch capacitive display at 1280800 resolution, while 4G LTE connectivity will be made available as an update in Q2.
Other specs include a 5.0 megapixel camera, 720p video recording and 1080p video playback, 802.11n WiFi radio, Bluetooth 2.1, and 32GB of onboard storage. The battery is rated to be capable of 10 hours of video playback on a single charge.
Pricing and availability details outside of Best Buy have yet to be confirmed.
