It has finally arrived… all those Apple device users that have had problems with 3G and FaceTime can now download the iOS 4.3.2, said to fix these issues.
This new update only fixes a couple of issues that users have been experiencing, the problem with frozen or blank video, which occurs during FaceTime calls and also the issue that some international users found prevented them from connecting to 3G networks, whilst they used their iPad Wi-Fi + 3G.
On the 8 April we did an article on the possible release of this iOS 4.3.2 update – see here and it would appear that Apple have taken on board the problems that some incurred. It is not know yet, whether this new update will resolve the problem that some Verizon Apple iPad 2 users were experiencing in trying to get a 3G signal.
This information comes to us by Lex Friedman, Macworld via PCWorld and goes on to remind us that this iOS update release comes less than a month after the release of the 4.3.1. This new iOS 4.3.2 supports the following devices GSM iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad and iPad 2, plus fourth- and third- generation iPod touch.
It would appear that not for the first time users of the CDMA iPhone 4 (Verizon iPhone) have not been considered for this update. For all those Apple users with one of the devices listed above, why not head to iTunes and click Check for Updates. When you have updated please let us know what you think.
