Purported iPhone 5 images show larger screen, same design
This should be a relief for those dismayed with the recent iPhone 5 leak suggesting that the new iPhone might just revert back to the old iPhone 3GS-esque design. CAD renderings of what is alleged to be the new iPhone have been posted online, and it looks just like the iPhone 4 albeit thinner and comes with a larger display, supporting a previous leak revealing a front-panel with a larger opening for a new sizable touchscreen.

First Look at BlackBerry Mobile HotSpot, Tethering for OS 6.1
It looks like RIM will be following in the footsteps of Android and iOS. Leaked screenshots of RIM’s upcoming BlackBerry 6.1 OS and supporting documents reveal that it, too, will soon be featuring Mobile Hotspot functionality and tethering. This is truly good news. Question is, though, when will it roll out? Hopefully, it’ll be sooner than later.

Nokia Touch and Type

Unknown Touch and Type Nokia slider spotted in the wild
Nokia’s first couple of Touch and Type handset were pretty unique, but this new one, well, it’s not exactly that original anymore. Be that as it may, this is still something Nokia fan boys can look forward to. And based on its looks and reported OS (S40), this will be more on the affordable side. The rest of its specs are still unknown.

Virgin Mobile lowers International and U.S. Data data roaming rates
Good news for Virgin Mobile data subscribers planning to go out of the country. Your beloved carrier has lowered their international and US data roaming rates. From a high of $51.20/MB, US data roaming now costs just $10.24/MB while international data roaming is down to just $25.60 from $51.20. Not bad, eh?

Adobe Flash Player 10.2 for Android landing March 18
Adobe is set to update their Flash Player for Android phones, which adds support for the new breed of dual-core handsets such as the Motorola Atrix and LG Optimus 2X. Flash Player 10.2 This will be made available for Android 2.2 (Froyo) and Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) devices, and will be released as a beta for Honeycomb.
