Not long after the release of the iOS 4.3 Gold Master for developers, a new tethered jailbreak has been developed for iOS 4.3 ahead of its official release next week. Since the jailbreak is tethered, it will have to be re-applied every time the device is powered off, but the work will lead to an eventual untethered jailbreak.
