Samsung Galaxy Xcover Getting Wet and Dirty

We have recently seen Motorola Titanium claiming the throne for being downright rugged and tough for all the fieldwork a man can venture himself into. However, there is a challenger coming out to see who’s the toughest, in the name of Samsung Galaxy Xcover. It does not mind all the water and dirt, even mud that messes it, due to its IP67 certified body build. It aims to meet the market of active people, who’s lifestyle are more on the outside world, an Xperia active possible contender maybe?

There are no major details on included apps or specific parts, but it will be running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, tempered in scratch-resistant glass, and can even stay under the water, 1 meter deep, for 30 minutes. It also has a 3.2 megapixel rear camera and even has an LED flash, which can also serve as a flashlight.  Being able to connect on HSDPA 7.2Mbps, this German released phone will be on sale in October.
