Today, AT&T announced that AT&T BusinessDirect Premier was recognized as the top Corporate Responsibility User (CRU) portal by Compass Intelligence for straightforward navigation, easy access to information, and a superior billing tool.

“Of the three vendors looked at, once again AT&T would be ranked number one,” cites the Compass Intelligence Mobility Portal Assessment report1.  “With the simple navigation and ability to access almost every feature from within the Home Screen, this saves a lot of frustration from the users view. With a seamless link to the AT&T premier store, handsets and rate discount plans are available instantly. None of the other vendors offer this sort of fully functional experience.”

Enhancements to AT&T BusinessDirect Premier

Each month, the AT&T BusinessDirect Portfolio handles over 4.5 million customer transactions from users across 90 countries. AT&T is constantly looking for new ways to enrich the AT&T BusinessDirect Premier portal to help these businesses improve productivity, increase the speed and accuracy of network transactions, optimize network resources and reduce operating costs. For example:

In February, pre-ordering capabilities were added to provide customer shopping with a better shopping experience, where they could easily see product availability.

In April, a feature was added so after signing-in, customers would receive a simplified message informing them of upgrade eligibility.
